I’m so glad you’re here.

Maybe you’re struggling with anxiety/depression, navigating a career shift, relationship change, or you’re entering a new phase of life. Together, we’ll build insight into your patterns and experiences while developing and strengthening practical coping skills. As your skills grow, you’ll create more space to understand your emotional responses, process experiences more clearly, and move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.

I also support couples navigating conflict, infidelity, parenting challenges, and other relationship struggles. In therapy you and your partner will have the opportunity to explore patterns which will help you to deepen your understanding of one another. In this work you’ll be able to strengthen your emotional bond so you can feel more empowered, supported, and connected as a couple.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and supportive. At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.

Services

I provide individual, couples, and group therapy. I utilize evidence-based practices which include EMDR for trauma-focused therapy.
